This book gives a detailed view on both sides of the argument for standardized testing, but also how to prepare for them. A large part of the book is used to discuss ethical issues in testing.
The in-text citations give a hint as to where the information came from but the bibliography has ALL THE INFORMATION or at least, as much information as you can find. That's the bibliography part. The annotated part lets your reader know what you learned from that source and how you used it.
An annotated bibliography lists citations from various sources. It can contain citations from articles, books, movies, online documents, and other media. Citations in an annotated bibliography are followed by a brief descriptive or evaluative set of text, which is considered the annotation.
